Sketchbooking en Plein Air
Instructor: Kim Stone
Age: 15-Adult
Day of the Week: Tuesday
Dates: April 29 and May 6, 13, 20
Time: 9:30am-12pm
Class Fee: $110 ($125 Non-member)
Join me and other artists as we relax outside and record scenes of interest in our sketchbooks. Mediums used are watercolor and pen and ink, but if you want to work with colored pencils, pastels or a combination of anything else, feel free. The goal is to get comfortable with your style of visually journaling your world. Besides a sketchbook, students will want to bring a tote bag to carry supplies, hat, folding chair and a small foldable stool.
***Classes are not at CALC, but will meet at nearby locations. Instructor will provide locations.
Refund and Cancellation Policies:
As a nonprofit organization, the Carlisle Arts Learning Center reserves the right to cancel a course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements, or postpone any program or activity due to unforeseen circumstances. When the Carlisle Arts Learning Center cancels a class, registered students automatically receive a credit towards another class. It is the students responsibility to contact CALC to fulfill this credit. CALC will provide full refunds in the case of a cancelled class when necessary.
In order to request a withdrawal from a class or workshop, students must contact CALC at least 72 hours before the first class date. Students who request a withdrawal before the 72 hour period will receive a 90% refund or 100% class credit. Students withdrawing fewer than 72 hours before the first day of class are not eligible for a refund or class credit.
Please note we are unable to provide make-up opportunities, prorate or provide refunds for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts.
